Before & after PDT

It can be seen from the before and after pictures that in many cases BCCs and AKs have been removed without a trace. This is one of the reasons why studies in Australia and overseas have found PDT to be the treatment option patients prefer compared to cryotherapy, a topical chemical therapy (5-fluorouracil).^{7, 8}
